How do you cite Y!A answers in MLA format?

Don’t you think statistics from the Dept of Health and Human Services or some other information gathering agency would be better?

The economic effects of teenage pregnancy are unbareable. Almost every out-of-wedlock teenage mother is on welfare. Welfare is paid by U.S. citizens in taxes. The amount of welfare per year that we have to pay for just one teenage mother is roughly $2,000. The last count that I saw for the amount of welfare in 1 year that just went to teenage mothers was about 11Billion dollars. Also, the Federal Government is wasting money funding useless abstinence only programs. The only reason nobody has shut those down yet is because there has been a substantial decrease in teenage pregnancy (from 20% of all pregnancies in 1975 to just 12% now). The real reason for this though, isn’t these government funded programs, they are because of improved contraceptive (safety) use.

I hope this answers your question ;)
